As a System Integrator you’ll make systems communicate with each other, and we both know that’s way harder than it sounds. On the gruesome yet strangely fascinating and ultimately addicting road to the finish line, you’ll set up infrastructure and middleware, create services, and integrate the various components. To succeed in the role, it’s vital to have a vast toolbox of components at hand, as well as the skillset to add new capabilities to existing components.
Position Overview:

In this role, you will leverage your development experience to seamlessly combine various subsystems and components into a cohesive and fully functional whole. This position requires a deep understanding of software systems, with a particular focus on component-based system architecture, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal system performance and integration.

Key Responsibilities:
Systems Integration: Design, implement, and manage the integration of various systems and subsystems, focusing on component-based architecture to ensure they work harmoniously together to meet specified requirements and objectives.
Technical Coordination: Collaborate with hardware and software development teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to define integration requirements and specifications.
Testing and Validation: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate the performance and functionality of integrated systems. Identify and resolve integration issues and ensure that systems meet quality standards.
Documentation: Create detailed documentation for integrated systems, including integration plans, design specifications, and test reports. Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to system integration. Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and clients as needed.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in systems integration. Propose and implement improvements to enhance system performance and integration processes.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees and relevant certifications are a plus.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a System Developer, with a track record of successful software development projects.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, Golang and Typescript), integration tools and platforms, and experience with APIs, middleware, and database management.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, as well as independently when required.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of network protocols and security practices.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
