As of May 1, 2026, Isabell Bergstedt is the new Head of People and Product at Sinetiq. Among other things, she will work with the company's competence development, lead internal product development, and help scale up the Stockholm office.
Isabell holds a Master of Science in Engineering degree in product development, with a background spanning over ten years of building effective teams, agile leadership, and technical project management. She joins from Folksam, where she held roles as Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, and Lean & Agile Delivery Coach. Prior to that, she spent six years at Scania as an engineer and project manager.

In her new role, Isabell will work with competence development, culture, and project management of Sinetiq’s ongoing product initiatives. She will be based at the Stockholm office, where she plays an important role in scaling up the operations.

Karl-Johan Gramner, CEO of Sinetiq, sees the hire as an important step in the company’s expansion in Stockholm.
